In order to better serve customers, NESCOM Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2013, with an R&D center and manufacturing and production facilities in Dongguan. In addition, we vertically integrate tool design and manufacturing, precision design and manufacturing, SMT and finished components to provide customers with turnkey services.

More than 30 Inspectors and 10 QC Auditors
Strict QC procedures are carried out by more than 30 inspectors. We have 10 injection molding machines, 6 automatic welding machines, 4 PCBA SMT lines and 5 automatic production lines. At the same time, there are 10 QC auditors with eight years of experience. The product has been tested by a computer and 100% checked to ensure high quality. For your further assurance, our operations operate in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 guidelines, and all our products comply with CE, FCC, UKCA, RoHS, and REACH standards.

You can benefit from our advantages, including a complete product line. For customers who cooperate for the first time, we only charge one-half of the total cost of the mold fee for customized products. For customers who have cooperated for more than one year and have an annual turnover of more than 1 million US dollars, our company will only charge one-third of the mold fee for the development of new products in the future. For customers who have cooperated for more than one year and have an annual turnover of more than 1.5 million US dollars, our company will waive the cost of new product development molds in the future. The product quality guarantee period is two years. We have a strong R&D, production and after-sales service team, composed of engineers with more than 20 years of experience. An average of three new designs are released every month.
